Revanche de Anderson Silva será exibida nos cinemas
Que tal ver a esperada revanche de Anderson Silva e Chris Weidman em um telão de cinema? O canal de pay-per-view de lutas Combate, da Globosat, e a Flix Media fecharam uma parceria que levará algumas lutas do UFC para os cinemas.
Pelo acordo, os embates no octógono (espécie de ringue onde ocorrem as lutas do UFC) serão transmitidos ao vivo em cerca de 30 salas da rede Cinemark no país.
A primeira exibição será do UFC 166, no dia 19 de outubro, com a disputa do cinturão de pesos pesados entre o brasileiro Junior Cigano e o americano Cain Velasquez.
A próxima transmissão prevista nos cinemas é a revanche entre o brasileiro Anderson Silva e o americano Chris Weidman, marcada para o dia 28 de dezembro.
A exibição das lutas nos cinemas faz parte do novo acordo dos direitos de transmissão da competição no canal Combate.
Recentemente, a Globosat acertou a renovação do contrato com o UFC até 2022, com possibilidade de renovação até 2027. A programadora também tem exclusividade das lutas na internet e nas plataformas de vídeo sob demanda.
Na Globo, as principais lutas de UFC seguem sendo exibidas meia hora depois da transmissão ao vivo no canal Combate.
