Band estuda locar mais espaço para religiosos

Embora há anos a Band ameace reduzir o espaço dos religiosos na programação, eles podem vir a locar mais horários no canal em 2014.

Há estudos e propostas na emissora para a venda de mais duas faixas horárias para atrações de cunho religioso no próximo ano.A Band tem cerca de 60 horas semanais ocupadas por esses clientes, a maior parte delas dividida entre a Igreja Mundial do Poder de Deus, de Valdemiro Santiago, e a Igreja Internacional da Graça de Deus, de RR Soares.

A Record, que é de propriedade de Edir Macedo, líder religioso da Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus, exibe em torno de 40 horas semanais de programas religiosos.

Segundo fontes do mercado publicitário, a Band fatura cerca de R$ 150 milhões por ano alugando espaços na grade de programação para atrações religiosas.

Somente o missionário RR Soares paga cerca de R$ 9 milhões por mês pelo horário nobre ocupado pelo seu “Show da Fé”.

Há atrações na Band que não faturam esse montante.

As madrugadas na emissora saem por cerca de R$ 3,5 milhões mensais para Valdemiro Santiago, que está de olho em mais espaço no canal nos finais de semana.

Procurada, a Band diz apenas que os valores desses acordos são confidenciais.
