Novo diretor da Globo une TV aberta, TV paga, cinema e web
As Organizações Globo nunca estiveram tão integradas. O diretor-geral da Globo, Carlos Henrique Schroder, que assumiu o cargo em janeiro, apresentou na noite de quarta-feira (28) a nova estrutura organizacional da empresa, que reúne embaixo do mesmo guarda-chuva TV aberta, TV paga, web e cinema.
A nova estrutura está fundamentada em três pilares: conteúdo, negócios e gestão.
A direção geral de negócios, comandada por Willy Haas, vai agrupar agora todas as áreas responsáveis pela geração de receitas e passar a liderar também as emissoras regionais de Brasília, Belo Horizonte e Recife, a área de negócios internacionais e a de relacionamento com as afiliadas.
Com isso, Haas, o homem do comercial da Globo, passa a ser o segundo na escala de comando da rede, depois de Schroder.
Rossana Fontenelle, diretora de planejamento e Gestão, cuidará também das áreas: financeira, de patrimônio e serviços e de tecnologia, integradas as diretorias de planejamento estratégico e de mídias digitais.
Ali Kamel, diretor de jornalismo e esporte da Globo, acompanhará mais de perto a produção de conteúdos para a Globo, Sportv, GloboNews e internet. A ideia é integrar toda a produção jornalística.
Manoel Martins, chefão do Entretenimento da emissora, ampliará a produção de conteúdo para os canais da Globosat (TV paga) e para a internet (Globo.com). A idéia a fazer mais parcerias entre os canais pagos e o canal aberto do grupo. Ele também vai cuidar da incorporação da Globo Filmes, que passará a utilizar mais a estrutura de estúdios da Globo no Rio, o Projac, assim como elenco, diretores e profissionais técnicos da rede na produção de filmes.
Foram ainda integradas as diretorias de programação e de controle de qualidade, lideradas por Amauri Soares.
Sérgio Valente segue no comando da comunicação da emissora, e passa a responder também pelas ações da Globo Rio e da Globo São Paulo.
