“Não estou substituindo o Gugu”, diz Rodrigo Faro

Rodrigo Faro estreia dia 16 (domingo) na programação da Record, para preencher o espaço deixado por Gugu Liberato. A decisão foi tomada na sexta-feira (7) e caiu como uma bomba no colo do jovem apresentador, há cinco anos comandando um programa solo.

Em coletiva de imprensa, realizada nesta terça-feira (11) na Record, Faro disse que não está substituindo Gugu. “É uma diferença bastante importante. Não estou assumindo o ‘Programa do Gugu’, estou levando o meu programa (‘Melhor do Brasil’) para os domingos”, disse o apresentador que, em 2008, assumiu o lugar de Márcio Garcia na atração aos sábados.

“Se eu dissesse para vocês que estou dormindo bem esta semana, eu estaria mentindo”, afirmou ele.

Rodrigo Faro sabe bem quem vai ter de enfrentar daqui para frente. No ar das 15h30 às 19h, ele disputará ibope com Eliana e Faustão em um dos dias mais competitivos em ibope da TV: o domingo.

O apresentador da Record nem pensa em ser comparado aos seus concorrentes, muito menos ao seu antecessor. Ele reconhece que tem muito menos história do que os colegas e nenhuma experiência aos domingos.

Entre as novidades do “Melhor do Brasil” de domingo (16), está a nova temporada do quadro “Faça e Disfarça”. Há também novos quadros a caminho: como o “Paparicando”, voltado ao público infantil, e outro que realizará o sonho de uma pessoa que deseja conhecer Faro .

Em contrapartida, no SBT, o clima na produção de Eliana é de apreensão. Todos estão preocupados com o novo concorrente do horário, que pode fisgar o público de Gugu e somar aos fãs do “Melhor do Brasil”.

Agora é só aguardar a guerra de audiência do próximo domingo (16).
