Sky pode estrear SporTV HD em canal temporário
A uma semana do início da Copa das Confederações, a Sky enfrenta protestos de seus assinantes pela ausência de novos canais em HD na operadora, principalmente os esportivos.
Além de lotar a central de atendimento da Sky com reclamações nesse sentido, os clientes estão criando blogs, fóruns de debates e até sites com cronômetros que contam os dias e as horas que a programadora está sem estrear um novo canal em alta definição. Até ontem, um dos cronômetros somava 171 dias sem um novo canal HD na operadora.
A Sky segue com o discurso de que não há espaço em seu satélite para lançar novos canais, nem os já acordados há anos, como o SporTV HD.
No entanto, a Folha apurou que o canal esportivo da Globosat pode conseguir uma brechinha na grade da programadora.
A operadora possui um canal temporário, em HD, que será utilizado até amanhã (09) pelo Bandsports para a transmissão do torneio de tênis de Roland Garros. Depois, estará livre e poderá ser ocupado pelo SporTV HD.
No entanto, o canal de esportes não pretende ficar no ar somente durante a Copa das Confederações. Quer a vaga definitiva na Sky, o que ainda segue em negociação.
Procurada, a Sky não comenta o assunto.
